Man killed in mobile home collapse ID’d by Clark County coroner

A man killed when the mobile home he was working on collapsed has been identified.

He was 77-year-old Lonnie Hansen, according to the Clark County coroner’s office. His cause and manner of death had not been determined as of Friday morning.

The Clark County Fire Department was called just after 2 p.m. Thursday to the 4900 block of Hildago Way, near Nellis Boulevard and Desert Inn Road, Deputy Fire Chief John Steinbeck said. Details surrounding the incident were not immediately available.

State OSHA officials were notified and dispatched to the scene. Investigations that include fatalities can take months to conclude, agency spokeswoman Teri Williams said.
