Man shot, killed in northwest valley Thursday identified
A man shot and killed Thursday in a northwest valley apartment complex was identified by the Clark County coroner's office on Saturday.
The death of Yonas Andebrehan, 25, of Las Vegas, might have been due to a robbery, Las Vegas police said. More details were not immediately available Saturday.
Andebrehan was found face down at the Quail Tree Apartments, 7100 Alexander Road, near U.S Highway 95,at about 5 a.m., police said.
He died from a gunshot wound in the chest, coroner's office staff said.
Andebrehan was able to run about 100 feet from where he was shot in the complex's parking lot and was found on a patch of grass, police said.
