Metro looking for public’s help identifying robbery suspect

Metro is seeking the public‘s help in identifying a man accused of robbing a U.S. Bank in the northwest valley Friday.
Las Vegas police were called about 2:30 p.m. to a U.S. Bank branch at 5891 W. Craig Road, near the intersection of Jones Boulevard, police dispatch records show.
The robber, described by Metro as a black man in his mid 30s, entered the bank and presented a note to a teller demanding money, police said.
He left the bank and drove away in an "older model" four-door green sedan, police said.
The man stands between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 300 pounds, police said. He wore a blue and white striped polo shirt, red cargo shorts and dark sunglasses.
