A man who robbed a Las Vegas cabbie in May was caught on the taxi’s security camera, and police need help finding him.
The robber on May 8 asked a cab driver to take him to an apartment complex near Las Vegas Boulevard and Warm Springs Road, Metro said Tuesday in a news release. Once there, the man held an “unknown sharp object” to the driver’s ribs and demanded the money and a cell phone.
The driver complied, and the robber fled on foot.
Police described the man they are looking for as about 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds with short dark hair, a dark mustache, a black hooded jacket and camouflage pants.
