No one was injured in a small fire Wednesday night at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, according to the Las Vegas Fire Department.
One fire engine responded at 10:26 p.m. to a men’s restroom in the casino at 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South and the fire was already out when they arrived, according to department spokesman Tim Szymanski.
Fire investigators were en route about 10:50 p.m. to determine the cause of the fire, but no further information about the cause available Thursday morning.
Regardless of the size or cause of the fire or the resulting damage, Szymanski said, the fire department is still required to respond and investigate for insurance purposes.
