Daniel Villalobos touches the hair on the wax figure of Benjamin Franklin on Thursday at Paradise Elementary School. The figure, from Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, was featured during Nevada Reading Week’s Read It, Dream It, Do It campaign. Approximately 100 students listened to Jennifer Oshiro of Madame Tussauds Las Vegas read a story about Benjamin Franklin and his inventions before having the chance to get an up-close look at the wax figure of one of America’s Founding Fathers.
