Police arrest man they’ve been looking for since January

A man Las Vegas police have been looking for since January was arrested in California on Nov. 12, according to a news release Friday.

Police asked for the public's assistance in the beginning of January to find brothers Antonio and Edward Woods who each had multiple outstanding warrants.

Antonio Woods, 34, was arrested on Jan. 21 near Las Vegas Boulevard South and Blue Diamond Road.

Antonio's warrants included robbery, felony coercion with force, battery domestic violence, battery by a prisoner and intimidating a juror, according to the release.

Edward Woods, 36, was taken into custody by the Inland Regional Apprehension Team in San Bernardino, Calif., with the help of Las Vegas police.

Edward's warrants included battery with a deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm, possession of a gun by a prohibited person and carrying a concealed weapon, according to the release.
