Police ask public for help to find missing man with autism

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man missing since Tuesday.

Bryan Hollins, 32, went missing about 2 p.m. Tuesday near Nellis Boulevard and Craig Road, police said. He was described as between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 185 pounds. He was last seen taking out the trash and did not return home, Metro said. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a black shirt and a black hat.

“Bryan is diagnosed with Autism and has the mental age of a 9 year old,” according to a Metro press release. “Bryan is shy and may not speak or say his name to strangers. He will likely run away if confronted.”

Metro said Hollins is known to look into trash cans for food, and likes to go to parks in surrounding areas.

Metro said anyone with information can call 702-828-3111 or 702-828-2907.
