Two wounded in car shooting near Strip

Two people injured in a shooting between vehicles near the Strip were hospitalized early Tuesday morning, police said.
Two vehicles turned west on Tropicana Avenue from Las Vegas Boulevard South around 1:40 a.m. After a confrontation, an occupant of one of the vehicles fired multiple rounds at the other, Metro said.
The two occupants of the other vehicle suffered gunshot wounds, Metropolitan Police Department officer Jesse Roybal said. The people drove to University Medical Center, Roybal said; the injuries weren't life-threatening.
No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and no details have been released about possible suspects.
