Woman dead after rollover crash near 215 and Las Vegas Boulevard

A woman is dead after her car rolled over near the 215 Beltway and Las Vegas Boulevard about 5 a.m. Monday, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

She has been identified as Susan Crystal Lee, a 32-year-old Las Vegas resident, the Clark County coroner's office said Monday afternoon.

Lee was driving a black Hyundai SUV northbound on Interstate 15 toward the 215 Beltway to head west when she lost control of the vehicle and went down a rock embankment, the NHP said.

The Hyundai came to a rest on the ramp from the 215 Beltway eastbound to Las Vegas Boulevard, said NHP trooper Chelsea Stuenkel.

Lee was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the wreck and was thrown from the SUV, Stuenkel said.

All roads closed in the crash were reopened before 8:15 a.m.
