Sunny, warm and slightly breezy Sunday, but weather changes coming
March 19, 2016 - 7:16 pm
The Las Vegas Valley’s warm and sunny weather is expected to continue Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
Saturday’s high reached 84 degrees. After an expected overnight low temperature of 59 degrees, Sunday should see a high of 86 degrees with only “some high clouds,” according to National Weather Service meteorologist Chris Outler.
Also expected Sunday is a little breezy weather, with winds between 10 and 20 mph, and gusts up to 25 mph, he said.
Monday should see a high of 83 degrees, but by Tuesday, temperatures will dip closer to average and then start “slowly creeping back upward” after Wednesday, Outler said.
Tuesday’s high is expected to be 74 degrees and Wednesday will likely be 70 degrees, he said. The rest of the week is expected to be in the mid-70s, Outler said.
No rain is expected in the valley in the coming week, he said.
