On Monday, about 100 candidates for naturalization as U.S. citizens were officially sworn in at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area outside Las Vegas. The 50th anniversary of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s "I Have a Dream" speech is Aug. 28.
