In response to your editorial on ranked-choice voting: Why not go back to a system that is known to work? That would include voting only on Election Day, voter ID, paper ballots, receipt of absentee ballots by the close of polls and same day counting by hand.
If they aren’t here, they can’t break our laws in the first place.
