LETTER: Congress, coronavirus pork and the Kennedy Center

In response to the Thursday letter “Well spent”: The last time I read the Constitution, it did not provide funding for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The facility should not be federally funded in the first place. It is a waste of taxpayer money. If it is so important to a certain group of people, they can individually pay for it themselves.
