LETTER: County dust control efforts waste water

It would be an interesting article to write about how much water is wasted every day with the Clark County dust control mandates, which require every construction site to use tank-loads of water trucks spraying down dirt each and every day. We live in a desert, but yet we try to limit the dust at the cost of depleting the lake water, which is insane.
