LETTER: FEMA and luxury are the wrong combination

News reports indicate that FEMA workers in Maui are staying at luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton. Why can’t FEMA workers stay at budget hotels like the Holiday Inn or Days Inn?
