I was heartened to see your Wednesday editorial imploring Republicans not to whitewash the Jan. 6 hearings. These hearings will not move the needle for rabid fans of the ex-president, but they are, I hope, opening the eyes of more reasonable Americans to the subversive force rearing its ugly head in our country.
