LETTER: Local woman runs into children and pays little price

Fatima Mitchell received only three years’ probation for the attack of school children that resulted in serious injuries (Sept. 13 Review-Journal). She was driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle with no driver’s license. Until drivers are held accountable, it won’t get better.
