I think Gov. Joe Lombardo or the Legislature should create a new state holiday and call it Nevada Orange Barrel Day. I don’t believe you can drive anywhere in the Las Vegas area and not encounter orange barrels or cones. On many occasions, there are no signs of anyone working, just a lot of cones or barrels and idle equipment.
I personally can’t wait to give up the soporific scenery, racetrack-like mentality and beautiful Baker bathroom stops of the Interstate 15 car commute in favor of a sleek, smooth train.
They should have listened to Bob Beers prophetic words.
