Yes, Virginia, there really is a Santa Claus. And I have absolute irrefutable proof: The front page and page B1 of the Wednesday Review-Journal (“Giving the gift of hope” and “Firefighters deliver for familes in need”). The political turmoil that thunders in the background notwithstanding, that is the America in which I live.
