Second Amendment is an 18th-century relic?
In response to the Wednesday letter to the Review-Journal from Irv Atkins on repealing the Second Amendment: If you want the 18th-century Second Amendment replaced with one from the 21st century, then why not replace the entire Constitution, as it all was written in the 18th century?
