Tax trouble and the attorney general

Regarding lawyer Randolph Goldberg (Jan. 3 Review-Journal): Mr. Goldberg underreports his income and conspires to evade taxes. His punishment is two years in prison, suspension of his law license and many other penalties.
Then we have a high-powered politician who was arrested many times while in college and had IRS liens against him. He becomes attorney general of Nevada.
This is another case of Nevada justice.
