Raiders finalize practice squad, sign QB DeShone Kizer

After cutting the roster to 53 on August 31, the Raiders began finalizing their practice squad with key acquisitions Anthony Rush and Marcell Ateman. Hard Knocks star and Alameda local Keelan Doss signed with the Jaguars as a part of their practice squad.
