Nevada has joined onto a lawsuit challenging President Donald Trump’s move to declare a national emergency to fund a border wall he has promised to build dating back to his presidential campaign, the attorney general’s office announced Monday.

Nevada bill would change educational resources funding

A bill sponsored by Sen. Ben Kieckhefer, R-Reno, would allow districts to reduce the amount allocated toward materials if they are able to find instructional resources free of charge — known as Open Educational Resources, or OERs.
