Cleveland Browns part ways with Jerry Sandusky’s son

The Cleveland Browns have parted ways with player personnel associate Jon Sandusky, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Monday.

Sandusky is the son of convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State assistant coach.

Jon Sandusky was demoted from his previous title of director of player personnel a year ago. In 2013, he was arrested in Fargo, N.D., on suspicion of DUI. Sandusky pleaded guilty to refusing a chemical test when he was pulled over.

Sandusky previously worked nine years on the personnel staff of the Philadelphia Eagles.
