Ronda Rousey reveals the secret to great sex

Ronda Rousey has vanquished her last four opponents in the Octagon in an average time of less than 33 seconds. But when it comes to her intimate encounters outside the cage, the UFC star likes to take her time.

In a sex advice column titled "Help me, Ronda" that ran in Maxim magazine, Rousey answered readers' questions about topics ranging from her dream date to her biggest turnoff, as well as "What should a guy ALWAYS do in bed?"

Rousey's reply: "What should a guy always do? Take his time. In general, a girl takes a minute. He needs to get her ready. You should never need lube in your life. If you need lube, than (sic) you're being lazy...and you're not taking your time."

Rousey's other responses should give hope to most guys who'd like to date her.

What is the sexiest date a guy can plan that's guaranteed to win her over? And while you're at it, what's the one present that no woman can resist?

Rousey: "Seriously, if a guy had a pick-up truck and took me out to the Malibu mountains out here in L.A., that's the perfect date for me. Even if we just had a cooler full of cider beer and an air mattress. I just want to tailgate, drink beer, and hang out in the middle of nowhere in a pick-up truck. That's my ideal date. As far as the best present, if a guy showed up at my door with some buffalo wings and cider beer, that'd be it for me. Because I have all the stuff that I want. Buffalo wings and cider is all I need."

As you can see, she has some pretty high standards. But we are really close on this one. All we need are some patience and a pickup truck.
