UNLV men’s golf team wins Jackrabbit Invitational by 17 strokes

The UNLV men’s golf team won the sixth annual Jackrabbit Invitational at Primm Valley Golf Club on Tuesday.
Rebels were 1-2-3 in the individual standings. Kurt Kitayama shot a 19-under 197 to earn medalist honors, followed by John Oda and Carl Jonson.
The Rebels finished 60 under for the 54-hole tournament, 17 shots ahead of Tennessee. The tourney was hosted by South Dakota State.
