Century Communities extends program
This weekend, Century Communities is scaring up great values to celebrate Halloween and the start of the holiday season. The builder has extended its fall incentive program through Sunday and is giving thousands in upgrades and closing costs at its three Southern Nevada communities.
At Tuscany Village in Henderson, some of the greatest values are with field homes, which are complete or under construction and available for quick move-in.
“We have eight field homes that are in various stages of construction,” Tuscany Villages sales agent Marietta Manayan said. “Several are single-story plans, which are very popular here.”
Among the popular single-story plans under construction at Tuscany Village is one of Century’s Roma 2173 plans.
“This home has three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a three-car garage and beautiful views with a low-maintenance backyard,” Manayan said. “It also includes thousands in upgrades and is being offered with a $20,000 incentive.”
Tuscany’s field homes are being built with upgrades including gourmet kitchens with stainless-steel appliances.
“We are also building two field homes in our most popular single-story design, the Roma 1558,” Manayan said. “Both have 1,558 square feet of living space with two baths and a two-car garage. One has three bedrooms and one has two bedrooms with a den. They are also being built with beautiful master showers with seats and gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances.”
The Roma 1558 field homes at Tuscany Village are being offered with a $10,000 incentive.
Tuscany Village is an Italian-themed community including rolling hillsides with views of the mountain ranges and city, an award-winning golf course and a multimillion-dollar recreation center.
“No other community in Henderson offers so many options for single- and two-story living,” Manayan said. “Tuscany Village has 15 floor plans to choose from with hundreds of options to make it your own. Whether you are looking for your first or last home, we have a floor plan for you.”
During Century Communities’ fall incentive program, new homebuyers can save thousands on popular models already under construction, he said.
“With many of our field homes, you can still choose your flooring options,” Manayan said. “And they are all being built with gourmet kitchens, adding thousands in value to your new home.”
Gourmet kitchens at Century Communities include the builder’s standard kitchen islands and granite kitchen countertops, along with upgraded stainless-steel appliances including a cooktop, microwave and oven.
Every home at Tuscany Village, Rhodes Ranch and Westmont is Energy Star-certified, Manayan added.
Century Communities homeowners in Southern Nevada have paved driveways, granite kitchen countertops, gourmet kitchen islands, cultured marble countertops in the baths and tankless water heaters.
“Some plans also include our signature valets, oversized garages, standard covered patios and walk-in kitchen pantries,” Manayan said.
Century Communities’ fall incentive program has been extended at all three of its Southern Nevada communities: Tuscany Village in Henderson, Rhodes Ranch in Southwest Las Vegas and Westmont in Southwest Las Vegas. Up to $25,000 in incentives are available, per plan and neighborhood.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs and turn left on Cadence Crest and right on Water Street to the main entrance. Tuscany’s sales office, at 1549 Olivia Parkway, is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Call 702-873-7287 or visit www.centurycommunities.com for information.
