Couple buy second Pardee home

Jimmy and Chieko Bailey have purchased several new homes together. They recently moved into their new place at LivingSmart Homes Providence. This was their second Pardee Homes purchase.

“When we returned to Las Vegas in 2010, we were drawn to Pardee because we liked their home designs and eventually purchased a Pardee Home in Mountain’s Edge,” Jimmy Bailey said. “Soon after we moved in, we met customer service representative Jim Rampa and we were very impressed, so much so that I thought it can’t be for real — the level of service Pardee provided.”

As time passed and the couple’s combined four adult children and six grandchildren visited frequently, they realized they needed a larger home for hosting out-of-town family.

They again looked to Pardee and purchased the Plan Four at LivingSmart Homes Providence.

“Imagine my surprise when construction superintendent John Randall contacted us during the construction process to make sure everything was OK and keep us up to date on progress on our house. Again, I thought it was all too good to be true.”

Bailey said customer service representative was also helpful.

“It is very comforting to know that Pardee has taken care of us so well starting with our sales representatives Misty Tiffany and Mimi Wilson, throughout the entire process and afterward , too,” Bailey said.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and a unique outdoor room option. Prices start at $231,490.

The two-story Plan Four, which was selected by the Baileys, measures 3,001 square feet and has five bedrooms, three baths, bonus and game rooms and a three-car garage.

Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.
