Through April 30, Del Webb is offering a kitchen upgrade package on select homes at The Club at Madeira Canyon. The package includes premium granite countertops, upgraded KitchenAid stainless steel appliances such as a 42-inch cabinet built-in Aid refrigerator and a wine chiller.

Priced from the low $400,000s, these all-age, guard-gated residences are in the 487-acre master-planned community of Madeira Canyon in southern Henderson, adjacent to Anthem.
