MARK RICH'S NEW YORK PIZZA & PASTA
Centennial Gateway, 7930 W. Tropical Parkway at Centennial Center Boulevard, 702-645-3337
There is really something about Mark Rich's New York pizza. Is it the thin crust? The water? All you need to know is that these pies taste great, and on Wednesdays, you can get a medium free when you buy an extra-large pizza. On Mondays, dine in and enjoy all-you-can-eat pasta for $8.99. Among the specialty pizzas are Sicilian thick crust, White (three cheeses, no red sauce), N.Y. Veggie and the Works with green pepper, pepperoni, olives, onions, mushrooms and sausage. Featured entrees are fettuccine Alfredo, baked ziti, pasta Henrietta (ziti with broccoli, diced tomatoes, garlic, olive oil), shrimp fra diablo, lemon and herb chicken and chicken cacciatore. There are sandwiches (meatball or sausage parmigiana, Italian sub, grilled ham and cheese on sourdough), calzones, strombolis, gluten-free pizzas, appetizers and salads, including jumbo shrimp and antipasto with tomato, red onion, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, ham, salami, cheese and roasted peppers. Desserts include spumoni, gelato and cannoli. Pizzas start at $10.99.
