The style and design of Sedona separates it from other lounges, and its sophisticated menu complements that style and design. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features pastrami melt on marble rye, meatball on baguette, blackened barbecue chicken on a brioche bun and California burger with avocado, grilled mushrooms, Gruyere cheese and sprouts. Among the hot and cold appetizers are tuna ceviche, shrimp cocktail, cheese fondue, filet mignon meatballs, rum-glazed barbecue ribs and roasted red beets with candied walnuts, arugula and feta in champagne vinaigrette. Dinner starts at 4 p.m., and entrees include wild mushroom risotto, striped bass, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, braised beef short ribs, cedar-plank roasted salmon, osso bucco and Catalan Seafood Stew, a red pepper- and tomato-based stew with shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels and whitefish. Featured sides are grilled asparagus, jalapeno creamed corn, mixed wild mushrooms, and mac and cheese. Popular desserts are churros, lemon pudding cake and bread pudding with toasted walnuts, raisins and Frangelico cream. Sunday brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers omelets, Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict (Classic, Florentine, Oscar) and smoothies. Happy hour is daily from 4 to 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sandwiches begin at $12. Sedona is open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
