A taste of Italy is waiting at Vino's with its full Italian menu complemented by an impressive list of Italian wines. Featured pasta entrees include scampi with linguini, lasagna Bolognese, baked manicotti with ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan, penne pomodoro, ziti melanzane (eggplant, onions, Italian sausage, ricotta), fettuccini Alfredo, pork-stuffed shells, pollo lemone (chicken breast with artichokes in lemon garlic cream sauce) and lobster and shrimp fra diavolo, where lobster and shrimp are sautéed with tomatoes, onions, garlic, oregano, basil and chili flakes and served with linguini. Other popular entrees are veal or chicken Parmesan, chicken saltimbocca, Chianti beef medallions, seafood risotto, chicken piccata, steak Caprese with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, grilled salmon caponata topped with vegetables, toasted pine nuts, raisins and honey, and cioppino with shrimp, lobster, white fish, mussels, scallops, squid and clams. There are soups (minestrone Siciliano), salads and appetizers such as chicken pesto flatbread, spinach and artichoke dip, fresh baked breadsticks with dipping sauces, stuffed mushrooms and wild mushroom ravioli. Desserts include Lemoncello Cake and homemade cannoli. Pasta entrees begin at $10.95. Vino's is inside open from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. - Jack Bulavsky
