Double pizza rat video heats up NYC subway competition — VIDEO

"Pizza rat" may have a rival — or two.

A new video has emerged through the power of social media, showing not just one, but two rats in New York City fighting over a slice of pizza. 

While the video has yet to reach the popularity of the original pizza rat, it would be a surprise to no one if this short 15-second clip wins over the heart of the Internet. 

"I win today, interwebs," Instagram user Jonathen Lewd posted.

However, important questions remain. Who would throw what appears to be a perfectly good slice on subway tracks? Did someone set up their two, trained rats to fight over the pizza?

Could the Internet's hero, pizza rat, finally have met his match? The world will have to simply wait with bated breath.
