If Starbucks' solid red holiday cup doesn't adequately represent Christmas, perhaps Dunkin’ Donuts’ has the answer.
The company revealed its new seasonal holiday cups Tuesday on Instagram, featuring wreaths around the word “Joy."
Social media reaction, at least initially, was more favorable for Dunkin' Donuts' cup than that of one of its main competitors.
"So retro!!!!! Reminds me of Christmas in the early 70's, whimsical," wrote Instagram user kelyhoff.
"Merry Christmas Dunkin Donuts! See you tomorrow morning," wrote user chicagojenifer.
