Halloween arrives at Woodside

Home shoppers are invited to celebrate Halloween early with a Spooktacular event at Woodside Homes' Somerset at Providence collection today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Guests can enter for a chance to win a free iPad and receive prizes for dressing in their Halloween costumes. Refreshments will be offered along with a tour of the neighborhood's four model homes.

"The deals really are Spooktacular today," said April Shannon, sales agent.

"In addition to the fun activities and prizes, we are offering up to $25,000 in options and flooring for new homes purchased this weekend.

"We also have special pricing on homes that have started construction and will be ready for quick move-in."

According to Shannon, home buyers of new construction and quick move-in homes are eligible to receive 3 percent of the home's purchase price for closing costs when working with the builder's preferred lender.
