Inspirada visitors can tour community’s future

With what may be the first virtual reality app for real estate development, visitors can take a virtual tour of tomorrow’s Inspirada with the free Inspirada App available on their smartphone or tablet’s App Store.

Hundreds of visitors have already downloaded the cutting-edge app from Inspiradaapp.com, Inspirada.com or at the Overlook, where there is a 360-degree view of Inspsirada today and tomorrow.

The new technology users are able to access the future with sweeping overviews of new parks and neighborhoods that are now taking shape in the Henderson community on the southern rim of the Las Vegas Valley.

The ultimate view is from Inspirada’s Overlook, located off Bicentennial Parkway that offers a breathtaking panoramic experience of visualizing the entire 1,500-acre community, with the ability to zoom in on amenities in new parks as well as new neighborhoods now under development. The Inspirada App uses geo-positioning, internal compass, augmented reality, 3D parallax, dynamic image rendering and a variety of animation to bring Inspirada’s future to life today.

Visitors today can tour 18 new model homes in eight new neighborhoods in the master-planned community of Inspirada, now under development by Inspirada Builders, LLC, the coaltion of leading home builders that includes Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers.

New homes in Inspirada are designed for every lifestyle, with floor plans that range in size from just over 1,500 square feet to more than 4,500 square feet, priced from the low $200s to more than $400s. New home options include luxury townhomes, patio homes and one- and two-story single-family homes with large backyards.

KB Home’s three new Inspirada neighborhoods include homes ranging in size from approximately 1,558 square feet to approximately 4,343 square feet in their Green Courts, Reserves and Terraces collections. KB Home’s nine model homes and sales center are located off Via Firenze west of Paladi Avenue, adjacent to the new Potenza Park, which offers picnic areas, a skate plaza, two basketball courts, children’s play area and ramadas.

Located south of Bicentennial Parkway off Via Firenze and Pavilio Drive is Pardee Homes’ Alterra and Solano at Inspirada, featuring five model homes, with approximately 2,187 to 4,165 square feet of living space. Inspirada’s 20-acre Aventura Park, currently under development across the street from Alterra and Solano, is designed to include a heated resident swimming pool, ball and multi-use fields, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a kids’ water play area.

Toll Brothers offers their Villamar Collection with new two-story home designs, and the Bellante Collection featuring all single-story plans. These two collections are close to Solista Park, Inspirada’s first park that includes the resident community center, two heated resident pools, playgrounds, outdoor amphitheater, lighted bocce courts and picnic areas. The Carmona, Collection, currently under development, is conveniently located across from Capriola Park and offers two-story plans on estate-sized home sites. Capriola Park features lighted multi-use fields, tennis and basketball courts, dog park, splash pad and picnic ramadas.

Beazer Homes adds even more selection to Inspirada in 2015 with two new home series located close to Aventura Park. The Reliance homes feature two- and three-story floor plans with outdoor decks, while the gated Park Series offers single-story models with the “pop-up” options of more living space in the attic.

In addition to four parks, Inspirada residents are connected by trails and walkways. They are also connected by activities managed by a full-time staff that creates monthly social calendars to bring neighbors together in the Inspirada Community Center.
