Lennar celebrates 55 years of homebuilding with incentives

Lennar, founded in 1954, has more than 55 years in homebuilding experience.

Since its foundation, Lennar has been a front runner in the building industry and has preserved its brand name through a dedication to their customers and a commitment to innovation, according to company officials.

Thousands of dollars are spent each year on market research to adequately determine what today's families are looking for in a new home, they added.

Often referred to as the "Everything's Included" builder, Lennar has put market research to use by including upgraded features in their homes.

Granite countertops, GE appliances, and tall maple cabinetry are staples in these homes.

Lennar has also put attention to the small details as well. A few examples are green features such as dual-flush toilets and radiant barrier roof sheeting.

Lennar's home automation by Schlage LiNK, a recent innovation in home technology, allows homeowners to control their thermostat, open and lock doors, and even monitor what is happening inside their home, all with their smartphone.

"We are constantly evaluating home designs and incorporating the most modern products into our homes," said Steve Turk, new home consultant. "From building environmentally friendly homes to new and exciting sales and marketing initiatives, we are constantly trying to provide homebuyers with the most modern opportunities the industry has to offer at the best prices."

Through a partnership with Universal American Mortgage Co., a business relationship that has lasted more than 30 years, Lennar is currently offering special financing.

"It's the time to buy and just to help celebrate the end of summer Lennar has lowered prices across the valley," Turk said. "This is some of the best financing we've seen of late and it can now be locked in through November."

This nationwide builder has built homes for more than 750,000 families across the country. With hundreds of communities across 17 different states, Lennar utilizes national purchasing power to increase the quality of building materials while lowering the costs.
