Lennar offers variety of home designs in 15 valley communities

Lennar currently offers 15 communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley for buyers in all life stages and price ranges.

"We conduct endless amounts of research on all types of homebuyers to discover what types of floor plans, included features, home styles and neighborhoods they are looking for," said Jeremy Parness, Lennar Las Vegas Division president.

Homess range from approximately 1,200 to 5,000 square feet, have as many as six bedrooms and are priced from the $100,000s to the $400,000s.

All of Lennar's homes also feature modern amenities, including stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, extra tall raised-panel maple cabinetry with crown molding and gourmet GE appliances.

High-tech green features that save homeowners money on energy bills include low-energy, dual-pane, vinyl windows, radiant-barrier roof sheeting, improved insulation and dual-flush toilets.

The new Lennar Home Automation System is also included in the price of the home. Homeowners can use it to lock their doors and turn on lights from their smartphones.

Through the end of April, homebuyers will receive a free smartphone when they purchase a Lennar home.

"In addition to plenty of choices in floor plans and locations, we offer more standard features and upgrades per square foot than any of our competitors," Parness said.

Throughout this month, Lennar is offering homebuyers an assortment of financial incentives, including a special interest rate through its preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Co. Other offers include savings on the down payment and closing costs and reduced home prices.

Homes for families that need to move in quickly are also available, are specially priced and offer a bundle of incentives, according to Parness.

"We have been building homes in Las Vegas for several years and we expect to be building homes here for years to come," Parness said.
