Monterey Ranch in Mountain’s Edge to hold grand opening

Lennar’s The Vistas at Monterey Ranch, which is in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, will hold a grand opening today.

The gated neighborhood is a collection of single-family homes with six floor plans, ranging from 1,532 to 2,516 square feet. It has parks, a community swimming pool, splash pad and is near several shopping centers.

Lennar offers the popular Next Gen – The Home Within a Home floor plan, which features a private suite that includes a separate entrance, kitchenette, bedroom, full bath, stacked washer and dryer and intimate outdoor living space. Lennar designed this addition for homebuyers with multigenerational living situations. The suite is incorporated into the main floor plan in a way that allows it to be a separate space but also easily accessible from the main house.

The 2,047-square-foot plan features a large, open downstairs with a great room. This plan also has a walk-in pantry and oversized laundry room. The upstairs features three bedrooms and a loft, which can also be a fourth bedroom.

The 2,174-square-foot plan showcases a bedroom downstairs and a loft and two bedrooms or three additional bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has his and her walk-in closets and bath with built-in vanity.

The two-story, 2,516-square-foot plan has five bedrooms, including one downstairs, and a junior suite, as well as bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath with private sinks.
