Two master plans in the Las Vegas Valley will offer homebuyers choices and options with the arrival of new neighborhoods, floor plans and incentives at Mountain's Edge and Providence.

The builder is offering financial incentives for the month of June.

A feature of Mountain's Edge is Exploration Park, an 80-acre park that includes volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, picnic areas and an amphitheatre for concerts. The park's attractions also include trails leading up to the top of Exploration Peak, the city's first mountain park.

Also new to Providence is Warmington. This neighborhood has 12 brand-new models within three single-family neighborhoods at Warmington's Northern Terrace. All residents of Northern Terrace are members of The Club, which includes three swimming pools, a spa, fitness center, children's play areas and access to the facility's on-site leisure coordinator. The Club sponsors community events and outings.

Providence offers boulevards lined with mature shade trees and Providence Promenade, a linear park featuring winding sidewalk paths.
