Now what will Shelley do?

When it comes to conflicts that Rep. Shelley Berkley thinks disqualifies a Supreme Court justice from voting on the constitutionality of ObamaCare, you will remember that Rep. Shelley Berkley joined a number of other Democrats to say that Clarence Thomas has a financial conflict on the topic and should recuse himself.
The issue was laughably thin and according to rules would not constitute a conflict.
But now comes a real conflict with Justice Elena Kagen, who penned an email rooting for the passage of ObamaCare. It probably does trigger a recusable event.
So what will Shelley Berkley do? Will she also call for Kagen to step aside, like she did Thomas?
I don't think Rep. Berkley has that kind of consistency. This is all about politics, not intellectual integrity. But it's fun to watch bendable politicians twist.
