Pardee features incentives on select homes at Montclaire

Pardee Homes is featuring incentives on select homes at its Montclaire neighborhood, located in a well-established area of Henderson that is just off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.

Among the move-in-ready homes currently offered at Montclaire is a Plan Two B measuring 2,786 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den and loft. Montclaire's six floor plans range from 2,368 to 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Prices currently start from $287,950.
