Pardee features move-in homes

Ashwood by Pardee Homes represents the builder's final offering in the Nevada Trails neighborhood in southwestern Las Vegas with a limited number of move-in ready homes.

Among the available homes is Plan Four A at home site 39, a two-story home that measures 3,880 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, library, loft and three-car garage. It is priced at $392,000.

Also offered is Ashwood Plan Three B at home site 34, which measures 3,515 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den and three-car garage. It is priced at $377,000.

Plan Two C at home site 40 measures 3,200 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, loft, great room and two-car expanded garage. It is priced at $366,000.

As part of Pardee Homes' New Standard program, granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances are included as standard features in homes at Ashwood.

Energy efficiency is another part of the program. According to Tuvell, the program offers lower energy and water bills, healthier indoor air and greater indoor comfort as part of the builder's LivingSmart program, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Ashwood is within walking distance to Nevada Trails Park, a 10-acre park developed by Pardee in cooperation with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department. Nevada Trails Park includes basketball and tennis courts, tot lot, playing fields, exercise track and picnic pavilion and is part of an extensive park and trail system in Nevada Trails. The trail system, which is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants, is part of the Clark County master trail plan. In all, Nevada Trails offers 23 acres of parks and trails.
