Pardee officials rank Serrano their best-selling collection of homes

The Pardee Homes' neighborhood of Serrano ranked as its best-selling collection of homes this summer in Mountain's Edge, one of the country's top-selling master-planned communities, according to Pardee Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

"Pardee long ago recognized the value of building in Mountain's Edge, where families have access to the great outdoors as well as to local parks and play areas," Tuvell said.

Priced from $203,950, Pardee's LivingSmart homes in Serrano offer standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources. All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand.

Additionally, Serrano is part of Pardee's New Standard program with features including granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances that are included as standard.

Serrano's three floor plans include one single-story design and two two-story plans that range from 1,850 to 2,682 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Home sites measure about 4,675 square feet.

Serrano Plan One is a single-story plan that measures 1,850 square feet with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom.

Plan Two at Serrano measures 2,223 square feet in a two-story design with as many as six bedrooms, three baths, optional bonus room, two-car garage plus tandem garage or optional play room.

Serrano Plan Three measures 2,682 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 3½ baths. It features a two-car garage plus workshop or optional third bay, den and loft.

Also in Mountain's Edge is Rosetta by Pardee Homes, featuring two-story designs with three to four bedrooms, 2½ to three baths and two-car garages ranging from 1,444 to 1,881 square feet. Floor plans include great rooms and personal options such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected. Homes are priced from $158,950.

To reach Serrano and Rosetta at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.
