A limited number of move-in-ready homes are available at Pardee Homes' LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge, within Eldorado, a master-planned community developed by Pardee Homes during the past 22 years.

The gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood features four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option. Prices start from $213,450.

The home is priced at $229,150.

Another move-in ready Plan 2-A is priced at $226,950, and measures 2,183 square feet. It features four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, workshop, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer, dryer and refrigerator, two-tone paint, radiant barriers, low-E windows and buyer's selection of flooring.

Floor plans at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge include the single-story Plan One, which measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage.

Plan Two at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen, and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop.

Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage.

Plan Four at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living room, game room and three-car garage.

It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside. Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and optional two additional bedrooms and fourth bath instead of the game room.

Pardee's LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.

LivingSmart provides more than 30 earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new homebuyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, officials said.

Pardee offers two new programs to help homebuyers. Offered exclusively for Pardee homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as long as three years.

Through Pardee's Homeward Bound program, prospective buyers receive expert assistance on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the Beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south.
