Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge gated neighborhood in the builder’s Eldorado master-planned community, features a limited number of move-in-ready homes.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge features four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.

The neighborhood is a part of Pardee Homes’ exclusive LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, company officials said.
