Pardee’s Solamar located near Centennial Express

Pardee Homes' Solamar neighborhood at Vista Verde features family-sized homes in the northwestern valley that is near retail, services and major transportation links including the recently opened Centennial Hills Transit Center.

The Regional Transportation Authority's Centennial Express transit service (formerly the C-Line) provides an express transit route that begins at the new Centennial Hills Transit Center and Park and Ride facility at U.S. Highway 95 and Durango Drive.

From there, the line provides an express connection to downtown Las Vegas utilizing the high-occupancy-vehicle (carpool) lanes along U.S. 95. The Centennial Express continues on to the Las Vegas Strip, the Hughes Center and to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Home prices start from $270,450 at Solamar. The one- and two-story floor plans range from 2,491 to 3,152 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.

Among the floor plans at Solamar is the single-story Plan One, which measures 2,491 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths and starts from $270,450.

Plan Two is a single-story plan that measures 3,000 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and three baths and priced from $295,950.

Two-story plans at Solamar include Plan Three, which measures 2,931 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths and priced from $281,700.

Plan Four, measuring 3,152 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths, starts from $299,950.

According to Tuvell, all of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

To visit Solamar from U.S. 95 north, exit to Interstate-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west. Exit Durango Drive and turn right. Turn left on Deer Springs Way, right on Grand Canyon Drive, then right on Bay Ledge Street to the models. Visitors are welcome from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.

Located in Centennial Hills, Vista Verde is close to Mt. Charleston and Lee Canyon, as well as to Silver Stone Golf Club, Mountain Ridge Park, Las Vegas' Extreme Sports Park and Centennial Hills Hospital.
