Professor literally shoots himself in foot during class

A professor at Idaho State University shot himself in the foot during class — not with words, but with a real gun.
“Police said the small-caliber handgun was in the professor’s pants pocket and was not displayed at any time,” KIDK reports. “The professor has an enhanced concealed carry permit and was allowed to carry the gun under a new Idaho law that went into effect July 1.”
The gun reportedly was accidentally discharged while the professor lectured.
He was treated and released from a local hospital.
