Rhodes Ranch kicks off home sale promotion

Rhodes Ranch is one of the best communities in Las Vegas to celebrate America’s favorite sport—football. With new offerings throughout the community and a limited-time football-themed incentive, new home shoppers are flocking to Rhodes Ranch.

Century Communities is celebrating its “Kickoff Home Sales Event” with incentives of as much as $20,000, and new field models are available throughout the community.

“Field models” are homes that are under construction and can be ready for move-in within 30-60 days,” said Rhodes Ranch sales associate Jimmy Jones. “They are designed in some of our most popular models, and usually available for you to pick your own flooring and finishings. It is the best way to get into a new home if you don’t want to wait for your home to be built from scratch.”

Rhodes Ranch has several field models under construction with many unique home sites available. In addition to the field models, Rhodes Ranch has two move-in-ready homes available.

“These are both our popular 1996 plan, which is a two-story home,” said Jones. “One even has golf course views, which is rare. All the selections are made and they are both just about ready for move-in.”
